It's time to dive into the action-packed world of squad training, where sweat meets determination and camaraderie flourishes. On Saturday, May 4th, 2024, our squad embarked on an journey of self-improvement and physical prowess.

The session kicked off with a focus on technique refinement and confidence-building. Some members expressed reservations about their readiness to engage in combat, citing concerns about their fitness levels. To address this, we moved into a comprehensive chambered kick routine. This not only honed our technique for front, side, round, and spinning back kicks but also served as a foundation for building strength and precision. As one member held a plank position, others practiced their kicks on strike shields, ensuring proper form and alignment while avoiding unnecessary strain on their teammates.

Following this, we transitioned into the realm of body conditioning—a test of endurance and resilience. With each participant taking turns in a 2-minute round, we gradually increased the intensity, pushing ourselves to new limits with each passing moment.
