Najwa is an Emergency Medicine doctor working in Leeds. She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 and has since completed all of her training in West Yorkshire. She is a member of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, and is currently doing Subspecialty training in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. She is a certified provider of both adult and paediatric Advanced Life Support. Najwa is also a matchday doctor for the Wakefield Trinity Rugby Super League team.

She has been a member of the club since 2014 and will be grading for her 1st Dan black belt in summer 2020.
